British Orienteering Championships 1997

F.A.Q.

Commentary at Individual Event

Some of you may have wondered why there will be no commentary on the Individual Day.
It was a condition of our using the venue that it was to be a 'quiet' event.
Thank you to the British Squad member who kindly offered to do a commentary.

Course 10 Start

Course 10 does begin from the RED start as per the printed programme.
If your control card was issued early it may be incorrect. There is no need to return the card.
There will be notices at the event to remind you to go to the RED start.
The Web page has been corrected (7th May).

Prizegiving for Individual Event

There are prizes for the first three on each Elite or A or L course, and for the winner of each B or S course.

This means that each age group will have up to 4 prizes except the 20 and 21 where there will be 7 prizes!

Access to the Trail-O

is from the Main Assembly area. You should not use the coach shuttle.
