British Orienteering Championships 1997

Warm up Event - Grace Dieu, North West Leicestershire - Friday 16 May 1997

Courses: The event will provide 3 standard courses (Blue, Orange and Yellow) and a score course for DIY training.
Start times: 4:00pm to 7:30pm
Car park: "Man in Compass", GR SK440167 (OS map 129)
Travel: 4 Miles west of M1 Junction 22 and 4 miles east of A42(T)
Start and Finish: next to the car park
Entries: on the day only, Senior £1, Juniors 50p, Family Units £2
Terrain: Mainly natural woodland with numerous rock features. Some open and semi-open areas. The longer course include complex vegetation and contour features.
Local Refreshments: There are many local food and drink providers. The organiser will provide details of these.
