Walk, jog, run on your own or with friends / family and learn to navigate with the orienteering maps
All specialist equipment will be provided.
Coaching advice for all and exercises adapted for more experienced club orienteers.
Free for newcomers for your first session; then £4 adult, £2 student / child; families charged for children only when accompanied by adults
Children under 12 must be accompanied by parent/carer
